Sunday: MG Car Rally (North Leicestershire Branch) at the beautiful Rufford Abbey

The iconic MGC GT Coupé

Looks like fun!

Tribute to the American oil workers who drilled the wells at Eakring which produced over 3 million barrels of high quality oil for the war effort in World War II

Another MGC, but not in a standard colour

V6 3 litre engine - and a very heavy one

Just like the one I used to have in the 70's.  A well restored version now sells for just under £30k

A real moment of nostalgia for me

In a different class and not part of the show.  There's a Lagonda like this one for sale on ebay currently for £360k!
